Chetra Machinery India Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of a foreign company (one of the companies of M&IG - Machinery and Industrial Group, Netherlands). It was set up in 2008 in New Delhi, India for promoting the mining, earthmoving and pipelaying equipment under brand Chetra in the local market.

Machinery & Industrial Group N.V. is a leading producer of facilities and spare parts for light and heavy engineering and off-road machinery. M&IG N.V. has a leading presence not only in key sectors of Russian and CIS countries economy but also worldwide. Its production is used in the oil & gas, fuel-and-energy, infrastructure, agriculture, construction and road-building sectors as well as in mining, metallurgical, transport and defense industries. From the headquarters in Cheboksary (Russia) the Company operates 17 production facilities, several design bureaus located in 8 regions of Russia, Denmark and Germany.

    The vertically integrated model of production allows Machinery & Industrial Group N.V. to provide full product life cycle, from research and development, metals and spare parts production to marketing sales operations and aftersales technical service. Industrial Machines Service OJSC, consolidated service center, will provide any required support to customers.     Chetra Machinery India Private Limited is the dealer of “Chetra- Industrial Machinery” JSC which is a specialized Trade and Service Company solely representing interests of M&IG’s enterprises in marketing and servicing of industrial and forestry tractors, as well as of track-type cross-country vehicles and equipment for repair of oil- and –gas pipelines, an exclusive seller of Russian products of “Promtractor” JSC, “Onezhsk tractor plant” JSC, “Kurganmashzavod”JSC, “Kraslesmash” JSC, “TK VGTZ”JSC and Silvatec A/S.

    The company collaborates with enterprises of oil and gas, coal, mining and gold-mining industries, road building, power engineering, communications and forestry. It carries out after-sales services of machines in warranty and after warrantee period. The main priority in company’s activities is long- term cooperation and in business relationships. We appreciate mutual confidence of partners and responsible approach. Strategic partners in India: M/s Reliance Industry Ltd., M/s Punj Lloyd Ltd., M/s Essar Project India Ltd., M/s Corrtech International Ltd., M/s Jaihind Projects Ltd., M/s Kalpatru Infractructure Ltd., M/s KSS India Ltd. and some government companies – NLC, Coal India Ltd. and others.

    Pipelayers, bulldozers, loaders are in demand with oil and gas, coal, mining and gold-mining sectors, road construction and railways. Since 2006 there have been manufactured, supplied and successfully commissioned with the Indian customers more than 250 units of pipe layers and bulldozers. Last year there was placed the big order from NLC, Government Undertaking for supply of 14 nos of 100 T Pipelayers model TG-503C.

    The same year the order was placed from Coal India Subsidiary- MCL in the global tender for supply of 400HP dozers. New PO for supply of 9 nos. of 400HP dozers with Coal India Subsidiary – MCL was placed this year.

    Company has a wide service network all over Russia, in CIS countries, India and Syria. “CHETRA-Industrial machinery” JSC offers not only high efficient machinery but also a wide range of services, beginning from delivery of spare parts, training of operators and providing warranty and after warranty service support.

    The service network is strengthening annually. Chetra is planning to set up an Assembling Workshop in India for the equipments.
