Irina Mashenkina, Sales Director of CHETRA industrial machinery, took part in a major forum on import substitution organized by Nornickel. About 200 representatives of 100 largest technological companies from Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus were invited to the conference held in Norilsk. For two days, the forum participants discussed the ability of the domestic industry to meet the needs of Nornickel and other major Russian enterprises and supply them with all the necessary materials, equipment and machinery.

As part of the section "Transport and components" Irina Mashenkina held a presentation where she talked about the possibilities to supplying machines of all classes, spare parts for CHETRA bulldozers, as well as running systems for imported machines. She noted that the CHETRA Company is ready to sell machines with an extended warranty period and special service support. The result of participation in the forum "Import Substitution – New Opportunities" was signing a memorandum of intent, which envisages Nornickel's enterprises switching from foreign heavy bulldozers to domestic ones.

"We can afford moving away from imported heavy machines to domestic CHETRA bulldozers. We will also consider using CHETRA skid steer loaders," Andrey Krupenko, representative of the Transport Department of Nornickel's Polar Division, said.

Irina Mashenkina, Sales Director of CHETRA industrial machinery, continues: "Nornickel is one of our main strategic partners, with whom we have been cooperating for more than 10 years. Our company is the main supplier of small and medium class machinery. Now our partnership has been extended to include the famous CHETRA heavy machines. We thank Nornickel for organizing this forum and are grateful for the loyalty and trust towards our company”.
