CHETRA has released a remote controlled bulldozer to the market

The company “CHETRA” has presented a remote controlled CHETRA T15 dozer. The machine was manufactured by order of a division of one of the world's largest producers of potash fertilizers. The consumer plans to use this bulldozer in areas where there is a possibility of ground failures. In general, such machinery will be in demand in places of operation where the presence of the operator is unacceptable or even life-threatening: mountain collapses, mudflow activity, during the liquidation of emergency situations.

“We were not going to create a fundamentally new machine, our task was to install a remote control system on a serial one, so that the bulldozer could be controlled both from a distance and in a traditional way from the cabin. Thus, the consumer will be able to use the CHETRA machine as efficiently as possible, adapting it to various working conditions, and it will take just a couple of clicks”, - Vladimir Antonov, CHETRA LLC CEO, says.

The operator can control the bulldozer both within the line of sight, being located next to the machine, and through a video surveillance system, being located indoors (circular view cameras are installed on the machine for this purpose). The maximum signal reception range is 1000 meters. The video review system allows the operator to see a 360-degree "picture", and the remote control allows him to have the same information that the operator sees while in the cabin of the machine. The CHETRA T15 remote control is intuitive and simple.

In the future, the company "CHETRA" plans to expand the range of remote-controlled bulldozers and install the system on heavy-duty machines, such as CHETRA T35, T40.
